This is a replacement keyboard cable for the Original MACINTOSH Line of computers (128, 512, and Plus) which use a cable that looks similar to a phone line to connect the keyboard to the computer. All cables I make myself and are tested on a working Macintosh computer. Color is Gray. CABLES ARE 60 Inches in Length. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CONNECT AN ACTUAL PHONE CABLE TO YOUR MACINTOSH COMPUTER! IT WILL NOT WORK! THE PINOUT IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! You risk damage to your Macintosh! The MACINTOSH also requires cables with a certain degree of resistance which modern cables cannot achieve. I cut to length to achieve exact resistance values on every cable I sell! I had to change the listing because some folks were trying to take advantage of ebays flaws. Even though its sold as "not working" its brand new and tested, same as all the ones sold before it.
